How Spray Foam Insulation West Palm Beach Works

We insulate homes, condos, garages and metal buildings across the Palm Beaches. The work covers open-cell and closed-cell spray foam, sealed attics with foam on the roof deck, attic air sealing with blown-in cellulose or fiberglass, foam for walls during remodels and additions, garages and metal buildings, and removal of old insulation that has been soaked, matted or fouled by roof rats.

Every job starts with a look in the attic. Palm Beach County houses range from 1920s Mediterranean Revival homes and Lake Worth Beach cottages to mid-century block ranches and newer two-story homes out west. In nearly all of them, the air handler and ductwork live in an attic that bakes from April into October. We check the insulation depth, the duct connections, the roof decking and any signs of past leaks, because insulation laid over a wet deck or a leaking duct hides the problem.

Then you get a written quote. Each area is a line item with the material, the depth or thickness, the target R-value and the price. When a sealed ceiling with deep blown-in would do nearly as much as roof deck foam for less, the quote shows both.

How we work

  • Attic first. We go up and look before quoting.
  • Moisture before insulation. Roof leaks and wet decking get flagged first.
  • Plain line items. Material, thickness, R-value and price for each area.
  • Clean job. Floors and furniture covered, spray zones sealed off.
  • Cure time planned. Foam jobs scheduled for when the house can be empty.
  • Changes agreed first. Anything new gets approved in writing.
